Who handles your enquiry
Keith Moore operates this pre-launch SiteTick website and is responsible for the contact information you submit. For general enquiries, email hello@sitetick.co.uk. For privacy or data-rights enquiries, email privacy@sitetick.co.uk.
Requesting a demo
We use your name, company and email to respond to your request for a short SiteTick demo. Providing these details is voluntary; we need an email address to reply. Our basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you choose to send. Registration does not create an account, guarantee access or subscribe you to a newsletter. Please do not submit worker records, passwords or sensitive information.
Where your details go
The website sends your enquiry through FormSubmit to SiteTick’s configured enquiry inbox. Registration may take you to FormSubmit to complete a security check using Google’s reCAPTCHA. These services process your submitted details and technical request information to protect the form and deliver the message. The website does not maintain a separate enquiry database. See FormSubmit’s privacy information and Google’s privacy information. These are external services; UK-only processing is not promised.
How long information is kept
We keep enquiry messages while needed to respond and manage the conversation about a demo or pilot. When that purpose ends, we delete them unless a separate customer relationship or legal requirement justifies keeping them. Provider copies and backups follow the providers’ retention arrangements.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see or correct your information, request deletion or restricted use, or object to its use. In particular, you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Email privacy@sitetick.co.uk or reply to a SiteTick email. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We do not use these enquiries for automated decisions or profiling.
Visiting this page
The page comparison test is paused. Everyone sees the same product image, with an optional video. No new test visit references are issued by this page. Historical test records contain a random visit reference, the version and the time it was viewed, with no names, emails or IP addresses. Previously received enquiry emails may contain their test version and visit reference.
Video and brand assets are served with the website, without an embedded third-party video player. The hosting service processes standard request information and may set security cookies to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. A temporary IP-based request counter helps limit repeated form submissions; it is not included in the enquiry email.
The SiteTick product
The preview uses sample records. Location is checked at clock-in and clock-out only. Location readings support attendance review; they do not establish misconduct. Worker privacy information will be provided separately before any real worker data is used.
